Elite Performance Lacrosse was founded in early 2016 by Brad Thomson with the belief that Moore County lacrosse players were ready to take their game to the next level.  Elite began their work focusing on the individual needs of each player through private and small group lessons.  Partnering with Pinehurst Parks and Recreation, Elite has developed clinics for all levels of lacrosse with clinics that cover the basic fundamentals, as well as position specific camps.  In May of 2016, Coach Thomson began the Reapers Travel program.  Making sure that all levels of players were taught by experienced coaches that have years of lacrosse playing experience.  

Mission Statement
Elite Performance Lacrosse (EPL) is an organization whose mission is to promote and develop youth lacrosse in the Sandhills by providing activities and programs that inspire participation and fun for all participants while preserving the integrity of the game. Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, EPL assists youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, and teamwork. By espousing the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, EPL is designed to develop outstanding citizens as well as outstanding athletes.
